A number of roles have paved the way to where Ros is today and these range from an early customer service role helping book dogs and cats into the family’s boarding kennel business at the age of twelve, being a chalet girl in the French Alps, followed by time in London as both a receptionist and Front of House staff within some of Forte’s (previously Trust House Forte) most prestigious hotels. On Ros’s return to Edinburgh, a variety of Sales Manager, Account Manager and Business Development roles followed. The opportunity to develop her people skills within these environments, meet new people and develop exceptional life skills all added to the tool box of skills Ros has and uses today. These experiences required tenacity, mentoring, facilitating and great leadership in some challenging environments. Learning to ski was a huge plus too!
